Completed in early 2007, the architecture of Villa Paloma succeeds in creating a modern and luxurious ambience, while at the same time representing a sensitive appreciation of local culture and incorporating design elements thereof.
The Main House of Villa Paloma consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms; a large dining area overlooking the swimming pool and garden; a warm, welcoming and spacious living area; air-conditioned TV room and a fully equipped kitchen with a small comfortable dining nook and pantry on the other side.
A modern wine cellar between the kitchen and main dining area adds to the luxurious feeling of the villa. Upstairs above the living room one finds a light, airy room affording magnificent 360o views of the area and boasting a pool table and a quiet corner containing the work area. One can work quietly up here without feeling shut off from the life of the Villa.
On the other side of a lush garden, lies the second building. The Guest Wing consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and dining area, private garden and plunge pool.
To the front of the Villa is lush tropical garden with green grass stretching far down to the large old trees which mark the riverbank just outside the property boundary.
In this garden one finds a thatched roof bale, out door dining area, and large infinity swimming pool. The two buildings of Villa Paloma share a secure car park with space for several vehicles.
